Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from My Sister’s Flame. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your items, please review our policy below.

Returns:

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

  • The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at mysistersflame@gmail.com.

Important Notes:

  • Returns will not be accepted without prior request.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at mysistersflame@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges:

  • For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to receive what you want.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since you were notified of your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at mysistersflame@gmail.com.


Shipping Policy

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please note the following:

Processing Time:

  • We aim to ship orders within 1-5 business days.

  • Once your package is with the postal service, we have no control over delivery times or methods and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays.

Summer/Warm Weather Shipping:

  • Due to the heat in warmer months, we can only ship candles and wax melts Monday through Wednesday.

  • This is to prevent products from sitting in warehouses or hot delivery trucks, which can cause damage.

Candle Care & Safety

  • Burn Time: Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Reuse: The candle can be used until the fragrance is no longer detectable.

  • Never Leave Unattended: Always keep candles burning in sight. Never leave a candle unattended.

  • Safety First: Keep out of reach of children and pets.


Wax Melt Care & Safety

  • Proper Use: Remove wax melt from packaging and place in a UL-listed electric warmer approved for wax melts.

  • Never Leave Unattended: Do not leave a wax warmer running unattended.

  • Safety First: Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not eat the wax melts.

  • Avoid Water: Do not add water to the wax melt or use on stove tops or non-approved appliances.

  • Ventilation: Use in well-ventilated areas and keep away from flammable materials, surfaces, and objects.
